Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Soak the dates in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, you can put 2 bananas, 3 eggs, the flour, baking powder, milk, flaxseed in the blender.

Once you have done that, add the soaked dates too. Blend this.

Add the walnuts in broken pieces. Add half of the third banana in small pieces. Also add the dark chocolate in small pieces. Stir well

Then you can pour/scoop it into a cake tin (with baking paper). If all goes well, you should have half a banana left over, cut it into pieces and put it on top of the cake.

Put in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees (keep an eye on it). When a clean skewer comes out, the cake is ready!
Let it stand for a while and then attack immediately! Because fresh & warm and smeared with peanut butter is best!
