Method

1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C hot air) and line a baking tray** with baking paper.
Mix almond flour, ground flaxseed, salt and baking soda.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla and oil, then beat in the Zusto well.

Add the dry mixture and stir well.

Coarsely chop the almonds and cut the dates into pieces. Spoon everything into the batter.

Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake for about 25-30 minutes in the middle of the oven.
